I'm dreaming of a white christmas....

Just like last time, i said i was so sorry for not posting anything for so long. And again, it took me soooo long to find anything interesting to tell you. So i should better top apologizing for not posting anything for so long 'cause that won't work :). But now i do have time! *hurray* i am so glad we have christmas holidays now, i really needed it. The one and only thing i simply Dislike, is the lack of snow and ice. I found out, as it is the first day of christmas todfay, that i really need snow for the real christmas feeling. And it would be very nice if the waters would freeze, so i can go on the ice straight from my backyard:) no matter what; this is the time to be with your family and loved ones, no matter if there's snow or not. Right no i'm at my grandparents, we just had a huuuuge christmas dinner, i'm still expecting my stomach to say 'poof' this evening. I'm sorry that i can't add some nice christmaS pics, but maybe i'll do that when i'm home. Looking at my 'activity' on this blog, you could still take a look every now and then to look at what i've been p to on fashiolista, because i use that much more often, and gives you a quick insight of what items i love and have/ would like to have. I still have the hope that one day i will win a big price to shop till i drop, or just much money, which would be completely ok with me :) but christmas isn't about these things, so i won't go on and on about that. I think i am just going to quit talking completely now, and have fun with my lovely family instead, and so should you! I hope you all have a lovely christmas, and please make fun! (don't) wake me up when (september) summer ends

Back from your holidays, only a few weeks left before you have to start with school or work again,I  think we all know how it feels and we don't want summer to end yet. Here in Holland it's freezing, but i refuse to wear anything else then my clothes that i also brought for my holiday in France, where it was about 37c! we had such a nice holiday with all our friends. Friends we know for 5 years, friends we met there... I have to admit that i miss them, even though i don't know some of them for such a long time.
But anyway, I was also glad to return because I could have my own room, shower and shops again. And I could finally hang out with my friends again! But the weather should've been better, it's not nice to return and its less then half of the temperature that you've been in for so long.
today i'm going to do something i was planning to do for a really long time: making a huge collage of fashion and other nice pictures on a triptych (google translate said this was the word for it but I'm not so sure..) when it's finished i will post some pics of it, maybe for your own inspiration too?

I better get started, because i think it's going to take me all that is left from today! :)

So sorry for not posting anything for such a long time...
Anyway, now there's this new post!


Fimally summer has arrived! at least, if you look at the date. Not here in Holland. I'm sitting here with my bear-like cardigan, tregging and Adidas (sneakers). Do you detect anything summer-worthy in that?
Kind of sad it's not that good weather yet, but then i am not forced to wear shorts with my porcelain white legs, so that gives me a little time to tan in the backyard when there is sun without anyone having to see it ;)

as you can see in the sidebar, i'm on Fashiolista! Since today, and I'm really excited, I'm allready addicted to the website, oh my poor money... this isn't going to help me with spending less...

this weekend i made cupcakes with a friend, and when we were in the shop to buy everything, we thought: well, we want to make 50 cupcakes. Apparently, that's pretty much. It cost us a whole afternoon, but they turned out really well, and delicious :)

so, to possibly make you a little jealous:

 yes, we also made christmas-cupcakes :)

First I'd like to say I'm sorry that I didnt post anything for a few weeks, and I wont be able for a while either, busy busy busy, I'm probably not the only one who thinks we don't have enough spare time nowadays :)

but to make it up to you, this is a very very very nice site, it's of an american shop (i quess?) and it's not expensive at all! it's called forever21 and i love it! but it's really annoying me that they don't have a store in Holland, because unfortunately i can't go to the USA that easy for a day of shopping... :(

sometimes i wish the world could be in sepia..

This picture has been taken a while ago, when i had a 'DIY-photoshoot' with my friend Loes, we had much fun, and a few pictures were actually nice (we had taken about 800 photo's, so it would've been quite sad if we didn't have any good pictures) 
We wanted to take pictures with the rising sun on the background, so we set the alarm around 4.30 so we wouldn't be there when the sun would already be up. But as soon as we looked outside, we saw:
-clouds
-upcoming rain
-more clouds
-NO sushine

But determined as we were, we wanted to go and take pictures outside at that time, because we were wide awake anyway, so we went.
'we can't embarrass ourselves with this anyway, i mean it's 5 o'clock in the morning, everyone's still in bed.'
at least, if dog-owners don't count. So unfortunately there were a few dog-owners walking with their dog, and there was this one man.. he was nearby where we were photographing, and he didn't walked by, oh no. He just stood there, and stared as if we were out of our minds (wonder if it has to do with the 5 o'clock or with us with ridiculous hats sitting at a playground with tea and cookies -yup, that was our breakfast :)  ) after a while it even started to rain, luckily we brought umbrellas and we continued taking picures, but then with the umbrellas as well :)
maybe i can show you more pictures of then later, but i think i'll ask her first if she doesn't mind if i post them.

we had a LOT of fun, and we're planning to do it again soon, but we're going to wait until there won't be any rain :)

i've got to continue studying for my tests for tomorow, so bye!
